George WilliamCOOKPassed away peacefully on Wednesday 26th March 2025 aged 86 years.

A dearly loved father to David and Paul, father in law to Shelley and Clare. Treasured grandfather to Connie and Daniel. Also a dear brother to James.

The funeral service will take place at Tynemouth Crematorium on Tuesday 15th April 2025 at 12 noon. Donations if so desired will be gratefully received for The palliative care ward at Wansbeck Hospital. A donation box will be available at the service

Friends and family are welcome afterwards to High Howden Social Club. All enquiries to Wallsend Coop Funeralcare 105-109 High Street West Wallsend NE28 8JD

So sorry to hear of your dad's passing. A lovely guy and a real character. I remember him showing me all of the ships that he had worked on as a welder, a proud man, and the real spirit of Tyneside.
